I have found through Alex's MWA2.0 program and forum, and through interaction with Dean's students that we all have a vast network of colleagues and friends who we can turn to for advice and motivation when things aren't going as well as we had hoped, which has been a real plus. And of course Dean is the shining example of taking action resulting in success that we can emulate!!
