Finding More JV Partners

Posted by: AndyM121 | Comments (9)

Here’s some great tips to help you find as many JV partners than you can think of.  By utilising the most powerful search engine you can find endless avenues to explore.

Google “Ezine” Trick

This is a great way to find marketers with ready-made email lists they can send a promotion to and sell tons of copies of your ebook virtually overnight.

Go to google and type in “(niche) ezine”. So for example if you were selling a bass fishing related ebook you would type in “bass fishing ezine”. What you’ll get is a huge list of results of websites in which people have a bass fishing email newsletter (or ezine). Obviously they won’t all have one, often you’ll get millions of results, but you can spend a few hours going through the results and get more JV contacts than you could ever hope for!

Google “Allintitle” Trick

Here’s another cracker. Do you think web sites that have your niche market keyword in their domain name might be great potential JV partners? Of course! Go to google and type in “allintitle: (niche)”

So for example if you were selling an ebook on song writing you would type “allintitle:song writing” into google. Go through the results contacting marketers and setting up hugely profitable joint ventures.

Leverage Results

Once you set up one profitable JV use the results to start setting up even more joint ventures. You can say things like “Joe bloggs from domain name.com made X amount of sales and earned X amount from just one mailing to his list” This really is powerful because it shows people that you know what you’re doing.

I hope you’ve enjoyed these post regarding niche products. You now know how to find an endless supply of niche product ideas, you know how to create ebooks in one day and you know how to sell hundreds of copies without doing any marketing whatsoever.

And when it comes to affiliate programs. If you have a product that you are selling and you have struggled to build up that army of affiliates or they are just not making the sales. Please check out this page and pick up your free video. Click Here for Virtual Affiliate Trainer

Know Your Conversion Rate

Posted by: AndyM121 | Comments (3)

The first mistake newbie’s make is they start contacting JV partners left, right and centre before they’ve even made a sale of their ebook themselves. This is wrong. Very wrong. You need to be able to contact a potential JV partner and be able to tell them how your sites converting.

Site conversion is simple. It’s the amount of visitors to the amount of visitors who buy. So for example if one hundred people visited your site and two bought your conversion is two percent.

You want to get at least one thousand visitors before you know your conversion.

To work out how your sites converting download the software fromwww.statcounter.com. Don’t worry it won’t cost you a penny.

Offer Large Commissions

Once you know how well your sites converting (if no one’s buying don’t even bother contacting marketers. Improve your sales letter, change your headline, whatever it takes) you can start contacting JV partners. Offer them more than your regular affiliates. If you offer your affiliates fifty percent commission, offer your JV partners seventy five percent.

You may be thinking “wait a sec those commissions are huge? I won’t make any money myself”. This is where so many go wrong.  If people are sending you tons of visitors you can build your email list and offer them other products in email promotions, and you can also make money selling back end products.

Return The Favour

Offering high commissions is not enough. Tell them that you’ll add a message into your auto responder set up so that you’ll market their products via an affiliate link in your back end. Explain that you’ll be setting up joint ventures with other marketers in the niche so that they’ll get visitors to their site without spending a dime.

Using Clickbank

Please, please understand one thing. If you’re selling an ebook on fitness don’t start contacting marketers who sell gardening products. That’s just ridiculous. Only contact marketers who sell products aimed at your niche market and therefore have an email or customer list of people who may have an interest in your ebook.

With that in mind start at www.clickbank.com. Click on “promote products” on the home page and then search the marketplace for products in your niche. Contact the product owners and try setting up a JV.

Recently I’ve been talking about what you need to do in order to earn a serious living online through having your own affiliate program. Done properly this could earn you more money than you could ever have dreamed of.

The methods in this post outline what you need to do to in order to overcome the three barriers of starting an affiliate program.

You need to:

Persuade people to sign up

Make it easy for them to market

Motivate them to market fast and market hard.

Do this and you’ll be able to create a hugely successful affiliate program and you’ll sell a truckload of your products without any real hard work or any costs.

And soon I’ll be showing you where you can go to find masses of affiliates to start promoting your products.

Today I want to show you a number of different ways that you can find joint venture partners, as well as some very specific strategies you can use to get your niche markets top marketers to promote your products and web site.

A joint venture is where you contact a marketer in your niche market who has an email list of subscribers who may have an interest in your product. They can be the lifeblood of your business. Just five decent joint venture partners who promote your ebook to their email list in exchange for a commission can put your current income through the roof. Read the following posts and go out and take action. I assure you your results can be life changing.

In the next few posts I am going to be teaching you how to set up your own hugely profitable affiliate program.

If you haven’t got your own set up already this is going to blow your mind. And if you have I can guarantee that this will be a real eye opener. The majority of affiliate program owners have it set up in a way that is completely wrong.

Affiliate Program Options I Recommend

www.paydotcom.com. This, for me, is a great and simple option. You get paid straight into your paypal account and can then use the paypal “mass pay” options to pay your affiliates simply. Nine out of  ten.

www.clickbank.com. The advantage of click bank is they are a wellrespected company and will pay your affiliates for you. This makes things hands off and also gets past any issues of trust where marketers don’t know if you’ll definitely pay them or not.

www.1shoppingcart.com This is the ultimate all in one solution.

Whilst more expensive than click bank it includes auto responders and much more to make your business as professional as possible.

Each of the above have different benefits. Take a look at each one and see which suits you and your business needs the best.

Encourage People To Sign Up

Here’s where most people go wrong. They set up an affiliate program and have a links that says “click here to sign up” and then that’s it.

You need to sell your affiliate program.

Have a mini sales letter that explains the benefit of people signing up. Tell them their commissions and how they can earn a living without ever having to create a product or have a web site just by promoting your products.

Provide Affiliates With Marketing Materials

Here’s another big one. Site owners get people to sign up their affiliate program and then just leave them to it. It’s like they’re saying “thanks for signing up, now go and make me some cash”.

That’s ridiculous. You need to do all the hard work for your affiliates if you want to start earning the big bucks.

Provide your affiliate with email promotions, articles, press releases, pay per click ads, banner adverts and whatever else you can create that will enable people to promote your site to the masses with as little work as possible.

Here’s the thing. You could write an article and submit it to article directories all over the internet and do very well for yourself. However if you just had one hundred affiliates blasting that article all over the net you’ve just multiplied your marketing power by one hundred. This is the key to making massive amounts online.

If you can’t write articles etc yourself hire someone to do so from www.elance.com but do provide your affiliates with marketing materials or your just setting yourself up for having a very mediocre internet business

Have An Affiliate Only Newsletter

Here’s a real cracker. Have an email list of only your affiliates. Each week send out a mini blueprint on how they can market your products and earn a commission. Inform them of new products you’ve just launched or new marketing materials you’ve just added to your affiliates area.

Another great method you can use with this is have a weekly competiton. Each week the affiliate who earns the most gets an extra one hundred dollars or whatever you can afford. Mention the winner in each week’s newsletter and say things like “who thinks they can overtake Joe Bloggs as being my top affiliate? Come on guys I know I’ve got some great marketers signed up as my affiliates prove it and I’ll mention you in next weeks newsletter”

This is great. Psychologically you are motivating your affiliates to promote your products like crazy to get recognition as being your “top gun. Often ego trips are just as motivating as money.

This is even more exciting. I’m now going to show you how to create twenty products or more using a special method that is vastly underused but hugely profitable.

It’s all about dominating niche markets and this is one way you cando that.

What you do is create a generic book for your niche then create multiple versions of the product aimed at areas of the niche.

For example if you created a product aimed at dogs the generic product would be aimed at all dogs, but the sub products could be aimed at poodles, labradors, bulldogs and so on.

All you’d need to do is change the title and the introduction so it was aimed at a specific dog breed and you’ve got a unique product that can be marketed to a highly targeted niche.

Does that make sense?

Let me give you another example. If you were to create a product on the subject of how to be a great teacher you could create a generic book, and then with a few changes aim separate books at people teaching maths, people teaching science, people teaching history and so on.

The key here is to create a product that will benefit everyone in a niche, and then create ultra specific versions.

This is a short post but boy, oh boy that’s gold right there in the right hands.

Next time I’ll be showing you how to sell more copies of your ebooks than you could ever have hoped for.

And get this, it won’t cost you a dime.

Today I’ve got something really, really exciting for you.

Last  time I showed you how to find an endless amount of niche ebook ideas.

Today I’m going to show you how to create a hot selling info product in one day. And get this, you’ll only have to write fiveparagraphs. Anyone on the planet can do that.

So without further ado let’s get started.

Decide on Your Ebook Topic

The first step is to have it clear in your mind what subject you want your ebook to be on. Use the Niche Success videos I have provided youwith so far to establish what niche market you want to create anebook around. Over the coming weeks I’ll be teaching you how to dominate pretty much any niche so don’t worry too much about competition at this moment in time.

Now what we’re going to do is use other people’s hard work to create our very own unique products. Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it. However this is a very real opportunity that the top gun ebook publishers use time and time again to create products in lightning quick time.

Go to www.goarticles.com.

If you remember, last time we looked at how to find niche ebook ideas in article directories. Well today we’re going to use the content in them to create ebooks.

You see web site owners write articles and submit them to article directories so that they get free publicity for their sites. At the end of each article is a link back to their web site with a bit of information about their site, for example. These site owners want people to take that article and market it to people so they get visitors to their site without spending a dime on marketing.

This is perfect for savvy entrepreneurs just like you!

You see what we can do at go articles.com is type in a niche in the search bar at the top right (make sure it’s on “article content”rather than search by author).

Type in your niche market. So for example type in “dogs”. You’ll get thousands of results related to what you have searched for. Now what I want you to do is simply go through the results finding at least seventy quality articles related to the dog market and copy and paste them into word or some kind of word processing application.

As I’ve said, make sure they are quality articles. If you create anebook using rubbish you’ll just get a sky high refund rate and it will all be a pointless exercise. Do it right from the off and you’ll set yourself up for success.

If you can, try and tie all the articles together in one sub niche. For example a sub niche of dogs might be training your dog. So you could find articles on stopping your dog from barking at night, toilet training, that kind of thing. Use a bit of imagination when using this method.

Email Article Authors

You don’t want to use any articles without the author’s permission.

Remember the majority of articles will have been submitted so theauthor can get visitors to their site without spending a dime.

However you never want to breach any copyright laws. To avoid this email the authors of each article. Explain to them that you are creating an ebook aimed at their niche market. You’d love to include their article in your book and you’ll include a link back to their site and information about them. Also ask them if they have any other articles you could include.

You can expect around seventy percent of authors you contact to be delighted you’re going to include their article in your book. Then all you need to do is discard the articles from authors who you haven’t heard from or who won’t let you use their article.

Put the articles in an order that makes sense and create a contents page. Use the titles of the articles as contents topics. You could even create chapters aimed at solving certain problems people in your niche have. So for example if you were creating an ebook on golf you could create a section on improving your golf swing, a section on the mind game of golf and so on. All articles would make up separate chapters.

Add a graphic for your first page. You can find graphics to use at

http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/clipart/default.aspx.

Add a title and a small copyright section so people know that this product is unique to you and your business. Also point out that people don’t have the rights to resell it.

Finally write a short introduction and conclusion. These only need to be a few paragraphs each. Tell people what they can expect to learn and make sure you sign off using your name. Instantly you will establish yourself as an expert. You can also link to your back end products at the end of the book to increase your sales.

Finally you need to turn it into an ebook to sell. Go to http://www.primopdf.com/ and download the software. Don’t worry it won’t cost you a dime. Once downloaded all you need to do is in your word software hit  “file” and then “print” and then select”primo PDF” as your printer. Voila. You have just created an ebook using other peoples hard work. This whole process can be done in just a few hours. Obviously you may need to wait a day or two for the article authors to get back to you but apart from that you’re all set!

Anyone can use this method to create more ebooks than you’d ever be able to sell.

That’s a great method right? I mean it won’t cost you anything to create a product yet you could sell hundreds if not thousands of copies and keep all the profits using other people’s hard work!

Niche Success For The Newbie

Posted by: AndyM121 | Comments (0)

Right then, lets spin that wheel to see what I should post about today – Progress report, Informational post, Free gift, Promotion, – rat, a tat a tat (very wheel of fortune).  And its landed on information.  I really do have a wheel set up you know! Lol.

Making a living online is about providing people with the services and information that they are searching for.  The best way to do this is to provide specific information to a specific niche.  By narrowing your focus you will have a far greater chance of success online.

In his Niche Success video series, Internet marketer Jonathan Street covers how to find an online niche.

Video Series available here

This video series is still extremely valid in helping you find profitable niches online.

If you are struggling for an idea for a niche then why not use some of these free resources?

http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/

This resource is mentioned in Jonathan’s Niche Success Program. This is an amazing resource that won’t cost you a penny to sign up to.

Go to the above site and start typing in niche markets that

interest you. If you had an interest in dogs you would type in “dogs”. Then all you need to do is make a list of all of the sub-niches within the general niche market of dogs. These are all potential niches for you to exploit.

www.amazon.com

The bookselling giants amazon.com are an amazing resource for finding niche markets you’d never have thought about entering. Go to the web site and in the search bar select “books”. Then type in a niche that you would like to create a product around.

For example: type in “gardening”. Go through the results and start jotting down all of the niche markets that jump out at you.

When many people hear this technique they immediately think “wait a sec how can I compete with Amazon?” You won’t be of course you’ll be catering for a different market.

When people buy from Amazon they have to wait days for a book to arrive. As ebook publishers we can offer instant gratification as our customers get our info products straight away as a download.

Another great thing about downloadable info products is bizarrely they are seen to have a higher perceived value. You might be able to charge fifteen dollars for a book selling it via Amazon. However if you sell a downloadable info product you can charge up to fifty dollars.

www.dummies.com

This is another fantastic research tool for the niche ebook

publisher. You can find a ton of niche topics across all of the For Dummies books.  The Dummies company has made creating niche products an art form in its own right. Search through their titles in general niches that interest you and jot down potential ebook topics.

www.goarticles.com

Article directories are, in my eyes, the best way to find subjects to create ebooks around. The directory Go Articles is just one of many in which you can go to the site, type in a niche subject in the search bar and get literally thousands and thousands of ebook ideas.

The key here when visiting these sites is to just make a huge list of potential topics, and then when you’re done go to http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/ and type in your topics. If there people searching for information on the subject (at least five thousand a month) you’ve just found an ebook topic that could turn into a very lucrative home based business.

Remember what Jon says in Niche Success. We are not aiming to become a millionaire here. We want to build a network of mini sites that each makes about 1K a month.

Being able to come up with an endless amount of niche product ideas is the key here,

In my next post I’ll be telling you how to create twenty internet information products in one day without spending a single red cent.

Sound good to you?
